About Charles
Growing up in Chicago, Illinois, Charles excelled in football and basketball. He was a collegiate scholarship prospect in football. He entered the U.S. Navy and competed on several of his commands sports teams and he was routinely ranked “most” fit in his command throughout his career. He spent the last two years of his naval career working as a PRT (physical readiness instructor), helping sailors and marines prepare for their quarterly/annual fitness tests. Charles has two sons who were collegiate athletes and now are in the fitness industry and he has been married for 31 years.
Career
As a businessman, Charles spent 23 years in Logistics Management where he was also responsible for developing and administering training for front-line to management level personnel. He also continued to work with young athletes and adults in the fitness arena during this timeframe. He understands all of the dynamics that come into play when someone wishes to embark on a fitness and lifestyle change program. He also has first-hand knowledge on the dynamic that come into play when a fitness career or enhancing a fitness business is the goal.

Fitness Business
As a mature fitness business owner/mentor and personal trainer, Charles is fortunate to have developed life experience in all of these areas including incorporating healthy nutrition and fitness into to his own life consistently for over three decades. He has also dedicated a considerable amount of time over the years to building an extensive knowledge base of the latest exercise, proper nutritional practices and specific protocols for metabolic exercise and rehabilitation. Charles actively incorporates this information into programs designed for the stay at home mom, to the athlete, to the busy business professional.
Charles feels that having the right coaching and mentorship is the key to bridging the gap for individuals who are starting a health and fitness program or who are looking to enter the fitness industry or enhance their current fitness business.
