Fitness 4 All Ages offers a variety of group classes and boot-camps suitable for the beginner to the advanced exerciser.
Total Body Circuit
This total body conditioning program utilizes a variety of weights, resistance bands, kettle bell’s, weighted balls, bosu balls, cardiovascular, core training and much more to give you a complete and effective fat-burning and muscle building/toning workout.
Cardio Burn
This cardiovascular routine utilizes body-weight exercises, sports conditioning techniques, Tabatha protocols, and various heart pumping tools to help you sweat and increase your metabolism to burn more calories. Core conditioning is included and exercise modifications will always be provided to accommodate all fitness levels.
TB/CB – Combination
This session will give you the best from both the Total Body Circuit and Cardio Burn classes and will be held primarily on Saturday morning.

Monthly sessions 16 – excluding Saturday
4 weekly x $12.5 = $50 (4 consecutive weeks) monthly prepaid cost $200
3 weekly x $13.5= $40.50 (4 consecutive weeks) monthly prepaid cost $162
2 weekly x $15.0= $30(4 consecutive weeks) monthly prepaid cost $120
1 weekly x $18 = $18 (4 consecutive weeks)monthly prepaid cost $72
Saturday sessions will be free to participant who purchases the 3 or 4 session weekly package.
Saturday sessions are periodically cancelled or re-located due to City of San Diego events. No credit for FREE sessions will be given.

Personal Training
Personal training is very specific and focused path to achieving your overall health and fitness goals. If you need a high level of program design and exercise instruction, nutritional guidance, and the highest level of accountability and motivation then personal training should be your chose.
If you have special medical exercise needs such as management of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type II diabetes, clinical obesity or any combination of conditions, Charles can work with you and your doctors recommendation’s to create a safe, effective program to support your ongoing efforts to achieve maximum wellness. You will receive a full assessment before beginning an exercise plan, periodic re-assessments and a final program assessment. All of Charles’ personal training clients receive these vital assessments.
Charles can also communicate effectively with your doctor or chiropractor to ensure that all parties are working together towards the same goals. This will drastically improve your chances of ultimate success. Charles’ experience and training allows him to develop and administer a life-changing health and fitness program based on your specific goals. There are no effective generic exercise programs!
Metabolic and Rehabilitation Exercise
Charles will tailor an exercise program that can take you step by step through metabolic imbalances or rehabilitation exercise to maximum improvement. Charles understands the specific exercises required to create results and can explain his approach in terms that will clear up any confusion you may have had about what is possible for you to achieve.
Cardiovascular Conditioning
If you are concerned primarily with heart health, Charles will work with you to create a specially designed cardiovascular conditioning program. Charles will tailor an exercise program specifically to improve your level of heart conditioning regardless of your current condition. He will educate you on your individual heart-rate zones so you can maximize your exercise for heart health for the rest of your life.
Nutritional Counseling for Weight Loss or Gain
Proper nutrition is the foundation for any lifestyle-change or exercise program if you are truly looking for results. Charles will offer a nutritional consultation and analysis to maximize your exercise program. Charles will take you progressively through a program designed to keep you inspired every day! We can even incorporate your existing nutritional program.
